A well-established Licensed Corporation with Insurance Broker is looking for a strategic VP to drive her operation efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate with board members of the Group to implement business strategies and projects within budgets and timelines
  • Lead the projects of the Group for new business initiatives, regulatory changes and new system roll-out etc.
  • Ensure the process, policies and procedures of the Group are in place
  • Work closely with front office to improve the operational efficiency for transaction processing and execution
  • Promote effective communications and adequate information flow within the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of operational experiences supporting senior management in financial services industry
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in operations of wealth management industries including fund structuring
  • Proven and excellent project management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with senior management
  • High level of discipline and integrity with positive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese with fluency in Putonghua
