Associate/ Senior Associate (US Securities)

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented associate with excellent academic credentials and strong career ambition to join our Capital Markets practice in Hong Kong or/and Beijing. Successful candidates must have extensive experience in Hong Kong IPO transactions (US side) or US Capital Markets transactions.

Qualifications & Knowledge

You will have:

• 3+ years of experience in US securities law and HK IPOs (US side) gained within a reputable international law firm
• U.S. State Bar qualification
• LLM or JD from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic performance or LLB from a top tier law school;
• Solid prospectus drafting and strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of commercial awareness
• Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and client management skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent command of both Mandarin and English (spoken, reading and writing)
