Corporate ECM Junior Associate

Position Summary

As an Associate you will have the opportunity to build a successful career in an achievement orientated yet supportive environment. You may be working in a similar commercial law firm, and enjoy the challenge of taking on some matters autonomously, seeking guidance and support as required.

Strong experience in Initial Public Offerings, excellent analytical and communication skills and English and Chinese, and an ability to produce commercially astute advice is required to effectively support client's needs in this role.

Qualifications & Knowledge

• at least 1 year or above post-qualification experience
• admitted in Hong Kong, with Hong Kong IPO experience would be desired
• ability to build client relationships
• be a team player. Ability to work effectively with partners and other members in the team
• fluency in English and Chinese (spoken; reading and writing is essential)
• Native in Mandarin would be an advantage
