Corporate M&A Associate (J)

Position Summary

As an experienced Associate/ Senior Associate you will have the opportunity to build a successful career in an achievement orientated yet supportive environment. You will be working in an international law firm, and enjoy the challenge of taking on matters autonomously, seeking guidance and support as required.

Qualifications & Knowledge

You will have:

• qualified in HK and have 1-3 years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably gained within an international law firm;
• solid Mergers & Acquisitions related work
• Private Equity experience, desirable
• ability to assist in managing client relationship
• ability to work effectively with the team
• strong fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken, reading and writing is essential)
