About the job Sales & Marketing Director
Our client is a boutique asset management company that specializes in real estate investment and development in Asia.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the sales and marketing
strategy and operation of the overseas properties in Japan;
·
Develop and expand third party
sales and marketing agencies and channels
·
Launch and lead sales events
(e.g. Preparation of sales manual, preparation of price list, sales launch,
negotiation with clients and agents, en bloc sale, etc);
·
Co-ordination and management of
property agency;
·
Co-ordination with PR, Media
and Event agency in periodic promotion programmes;
·
Oversee the compilation of
marketing collaterals and promotion packages that are consistent with brand
positioning of the projects;
·
Formulate after sales operation
and handover of units;
·
Stay abreast on competition and
develop strategies in response to the market changes;
·
Preparation of P&L report
to HQ;
· Recruit, train and manage the sales team in achieving company targets.
REQUIREMENTS
·
Experienced in managing both
sales and marketing functions in an overseas property brokerage firm or
developer, experience in selling residential projects in Japan would be a
sufficient advantage.

Proven track records in leading
the sales of medium and high-end residential projects.
·
Extensive agency networks and
able to build relationship with key stakeholders.
·
Highly driven and passionate
with sales.
·
A motivational and hands-on
leader to manage the sales team and property agents.
·
Strong interpersonal and
negotiation skill.
·
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Any knowledge in Japanese would be an advantage.
