Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of finance and accounting duties of the PRC group.
• Prepare financial review and analysis, budget and forecast, cash flow management, tax planning.
• Liaise with banks, regulatory bodies, consultants and business partners to fulfil accounting and operation needs.

Requirements

• Around 10-year relevant experience with healthcare service, consumer and retail chain sector.
• Participated in capital market transactions such an M&A in China.
• Familiar with China and major global accounting standards.
• Experienced in accounting consolidation and reporting of different portfolio companies.
