REPORT TO Managing Director of Mainland China

RESPONSIBILITIES

• - Perform leadership and management role for the team in North China.

• - Manage the MEP business and be a key driver to meet the assigned business and financial objectives.

• - Lead the team to manage existing clients and their projects, to achieve project milestones and to meet client objectives effectively.

• - Develop new clients and business opportunities in Mainland China.

REQUIREMENTS

• - Hold an engineering major degree and with professional qualifications.

• - Has at least 15 years of solid experience in the MEP commercial sector.

• - Proven technical design capabilities in MEP practice.

• - Track record of delivering large scale HK/China assignments.

• - Past track record in terms of business growth, project deliverables, and client satisfaction.

• - Be client focus and with effective communications, networking and business development skills.

• - Be proficient to communicate in English and Mandarin.

• - Accept high mobility as required by client projects across Mainland China.
