JOB
SUMMARY
-
An innovative leader to head the marketing
activities throughout China region, also a core team member to promote the
realization of business objectives and the growth of company performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Develop strategic marketing plan
to deliver target volume, profit and share objectives, as well as building
brand equity;
-
Identify consumer/shopper insights and
opportunities to create brand linkages, and translate those insights into
marketing strategy development;
-
Define and lead digital marketing
and content strategy across touch points and ensuring consistency with overall
O2O marketing strategy;
-
Development and leading of China
marketing team to plan development, execution, monitoring, review and ensure
prompt delivery of aligned marketing calendar;
-
Externally, act as a company brand
ambassador to external sources, and build strong partnerships with the
agencies/business partners/distributors involved in developing and deploying
marketing campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or
related field;
-
At least 5 years in Consumer/Durable goods
or Household goods industry in recent years;

Have a thorough understanding of
O2O business, E-marketing/E-branding means and tools;
-
Proven record of brand building,
product market positioning and know how to transform online/offline channels
into sales through marketing;

Excellent communicator and collaborator
with cross functional teams, regional and global teams in a matrix
organization;

A self-starter with strong ability
to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive approach to work and
relationships with others;

Good sense of business, decision
making and leadership;

Open-minded, out-of-box thinking,
innovative and life-long learner;

Excellent written, oral, presentation,
interpersonal and negotiation skills.
