Job Summary

Will take overall management responsibilities to ensure the smooth, efficient and profitable operation and sustainable growth of the company. As the highest-ranking executive in the China manufacturing plant, this position acts as the main point of communication between the group leadership team, the board of directors and corporate operations. The incumbent will be reporting to the Group CEO and is accountable to the board of directors and shareholders for meeting financial, strategic and operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement factory annual operating plans, business targets, factory manufacturing KPIs, and operating budget accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain a strong sustainability mindset and disciplined implementation of corporate direction, vision and strategy.
  • Provide visionary leadership, oversee the complete operation of an organization.
  • Ensure effective operational management, optimizing resources and processes to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Making critical corporate decisions and establishing business priorities.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to optimize performance and efficiency, establish and seek continuous improvement for to achieve quality production and on-time delivery.
  • Lead and inspire the executive team, foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Drive organizational and cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Represent the company to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, local government officers and key stakeholders.
  • Supervise the company's risk management and compliance policies, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, proactively identify potential risk and take measures to mitigate legal liabilities and minimize their impact on the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in textile, fashion, manufacturing industry with extensive leadership experience in the sizable operations.
  • Proven track record of success in executive leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Extraordinary organizational and management skills, able to effectively lead multiple departments and teams, achieve business objectives, and foster cooperation.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities, able to make wise decisions in complex business environments.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, familiarity with financial analysis and budget management, ability to effectively manage the company's financial resources.
  • Cross-cultural and cross-team management experience, adaptable to diverse work environments and employees from different backgrounds.
  • Integrity, ethical conduct, and a commitment to upholding the companys values.
  • Fluent Chinese with ability to communicate effectively in English.
