Job Summary

Lead the growth the business by developing new key accounts, maintaining existing assigned ones, raising brand awareness & broadening customer base to achieve growth targets in both sales volume & profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and propose the strategies, activities and plans in line with the commercial team and ensure the implementation and sustainable business outcomes.
  • Analyze and identify priority segments/channels with largest potential for growth.
  • Closely liaison with commercial and marketing teams to achieve synergies and accelerate growth.
  • Assist in the ideation & execution of innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness & conversion.
  • Lead and guide the team to ensure the results can be delivered and team members are engaged with the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in a business/marketing related field.
  • 5+ years commercial experience as demonstrated by account management/ brand/ trade marketing experience in FMCG.
  • Experience with retailer channels.
  • Fluent in English, written & spoken, Mandarin a plus.
  • Good understanding or experience of brand marketing is a plus.
  • Competencies in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint is a must.
