Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring the execution, budget management, and construction progress of comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong and China. Ensure that projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet the required standards of quality.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal departments, especially those based in the PRC. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate all project-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient project operations. Address any concerns or problems that may impact the project's progress.
  • Provide confidential and effective assistance to the Director in all his duties. This includes managing sensitive information and ensuring that the Directors tasks and responsibilities are handled efficiently.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Director. These tasks may vary widely and require flexibility and adaptability to handle different responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High Diploma or Degree in business or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Must have experience in shopping malls and property development or management in the PRC.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and eager to achieve success; able to work irregular hours under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Occasionally travel to China.
