Job Summary

Ensure efficient and streamlined production operations within an apparel manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate production plans to ensure timely order fulfilment and meet customer requirements.
• Develop production plans and schedules, coordinating workflow among departments to ensure smooth operations on the production line.
• Supervise raw material procurement and inventory management to ensure supply chain stability and efficiency.
• Monitor production progress and output, promptly addressing issues and bottlenecks during manufacturing.
• Ensure product quality adheres to company standards and customer specifications, proposing improvement measures to optimize the quality management system.
• Identify and introduce Lean Manufacturing methods and tools to enhance production efficiency and resource utilization.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, warehousing, and logistics, to ensure coordination and smooth flow of production processes.
• Analyze production data and metrics and provide reports and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• College's degree or higher in a field related to apparel industry production planning.
• Minimum of 5 years of factory planning experience in the apparel industry or related field.
• Proficient in planning and data analysis tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, etc.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and methods, such as Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with effective communication skills to interact with international clients and teams.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to respond quickly to emergencies and changes.
• Strong team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
