A law firm in Hong Kong with office in China.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR and office admin functions including recruitment, payroll, performance review and maintain updated employees records etc.
- Review and improve operational procedures.
- To handle billing and credit control independently.
- Liaise and negotiate with external service providers.
- Assist in various internal and external functions organizations.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HR and office administration.
- Legal sector or other professional background preferred.
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Mature, independent, strong problem-solving skills, positive can-do attitude.
