Responsibilities

  • Provide sales & marketing guidance and support to assist hotels to meet business targets.
  • Review and revamp sales & marketing policies and procedures to hotels.
  • Conduct regular and ad hoc operation review & audit in sales & marketing functions of hotels to ensure compliance and consistencies of company standards as per policies and standard practices.
  • Manage group marketing requirements including e-commerce marketing and direct e-commerce manager accordingly.
  • Guide all representative offices to maximize brand exposure and revenue.
  • Lead and manage all the representative offices to drive results by setting appropriate quotas, commission rates or other incentive programs.
  • Suggest promotion of the various brands of the hotels owned and/or managed to obtain maximum exposure or enhance the public awareness of the group.
  • Co-ordinate with hotels or to negotiate as necessary on behalf of hotel group with certain key company accounts such as airlines, major travel agents, wholesalers or operators and corporate RFPs.
  • Support hotels in their sales & marketing staff responsibilities including assisting to source candidates for vacated positions.
  • Conduct market research to analyze local, regional and international market trends and to make recommendations accordingly.
  • Provide marketing advice relating to existing product enhancement, and or new product development including assistance in the financial projections of new hotel projects.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in hospitality management/marketing or related discipline.
  • Plan, organize and lead Sales and Marketing strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
  • 10+ years solid experience in Hotel Sales and Marketing at group level.
  • Mature, tactful and independent.
  • Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Good people skills with excellent interpersonal and communication techniques.
  • Innovative, ambitious, and result driven.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
