Operation Director, Manufacturing Plant

A major electric motor manufacturer with plants in China.

Location

Shajing, Shenzhen, Southern China

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple departments to bring the company onto another level.
• Solve problems creatively to accommodate continuous changes in cross border limitations (recently as a result of COVID issues) and operations environment across countries.
• Monitor supply chain operation to ensure shipments are delivered according to planned schedules at optimum cost.
• Evaluate freight forwarder performance and conduct corrective actionsv for improvement.
• Manage and motivate the team to achieve assigned KPIs by management.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• The actual scope of work depends on the candidates' potential.

Requirements

• Technical background such as engineering, manufacturing and production would be a huge advantage.
• Experiences in offshore manufacturing would be an advantage.
• Excellent English presentation and communication skills.
• Require to be stationed in South China.
