Job Summary

The Director of Human Resources & Administration will be responsible for the comprehensive coordination of the groups human resources and administrative management activities. This role involves leading the HR & Admin team in formulating and improving various regulations and systems, assisting business units and subsidiaries in building professional and efficient teams, optimizing and enhancing the groups HR information management, and coordinating the implementation of the group's corporate culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the overall HR & Admin functions for the group.
  • Lead the HR & Admin team to develop and enhance policies and procedures.
  • Support various business units and subsidiaries in team development.
  • Enhance the groups HR information management capabilities.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the groups corporate culture initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English.
  • Proven experience in diverse group management and leadership roles.
  • Strong systematic thinking and holistic management awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage expectations.
