Job Responsibilities

Commercial

• Responsible to build a sustainable cold chain portfolio in Hong Kong which can achieve investment return.
• Identify strategic/target locations for building or acquisition of cold chain warehouse.
• Lead the team to conduct market analysis, research on government policies, to continuously identify potential business opportunities
• Develop network with local key players/tenants for ongoing business development
• Develop budget and business plan; review financial performance to ensure achievement to the target budget.
• Formulate strategies and action plan in leasing and business development

Operation

• Manage a first-class cold chain warehouse and facilities within budget which suitable to local cold chain market.
• Work closely with external consultants, industry associations and regulatory bodies to ensure the development/operation is compliance to local regulations., LEEDS, ESG, etc.
• Formulate effective standard operational procedures in leasing and asset management; ensure the level of professional service can meet tenants and logistics operators’ requirements.
• Build a highly performed operational team for flawless execution; which consists of leasing, marketing and asset management function.
• Provide ongoing coaching and leadership to the team members.

Requirements

• University graduate in Business, Finance or other related disciplined.
• At least 20 years supply chain logistics background; preferably with 5 years working experience in cold chain market.
• Resourceful, self-driven, open-minded, agile, comfortable to work in a start-up environment.
• Entrepreneurial, think and act strategically.
• Detail oriented, willing to roll up his sleeves to build the business.
• Strong leadership, can build and motivate the team to perform.
• PRC and regional experience is a plus.
