Job Summary

Develop the company's strategy based on the strategic goals proposed by the board of directors, execute specific business and operational plans to ensure the achievement of business objectives. Advise the board of directors on relevant strategies, execution plans, and other related matters to optimize the company's operations and improve its market position, ensuring the company's sustained and healthy development.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing and implementing resolutions and regulations of the board of directors, completing the targets set by the board of directors, and reporting to the board of directors.
  • Based on the board's requirements, determine the company's management policies and oversee operational management, organize and implement annual business plans.
  • Responsible for major company affairs and decisions, and for the company's profit and loss performance, achieving profit targets.
  • Reasonably allocate funds and be responsible for investment and financing plans.
  • Oversee overseas market development, explore new business opportunities and innovate business models, be responsible for the overall direction and promote implementation.
  • Represent the company in various business and government-related activities.
  • Convene and preside over board meetings, manage and supervise the work of various departments and subsidiary companies.
  • Suggest continuous improvement and optimization plans to the board of directors, ensure that the development of relevant policies and processes is in line with the long-term interests of the company.
  • Create and promote a corporate culture and image that is in line with the company's core values and long-term development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from top ranking universities, advance degree an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a sizable international enterprise with a demonstrated track record and successful management results. Experienced in domestic and international market development and expansion.
  • Capital market operation experience is desirable.
  • Master advanced enterprise management models and have an international perspective.
  • Have a sharp business sense, strategic and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and execution skills.
  • Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be dedicated with a long-term view.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.
