Responsibilities 职责

• Ensure knowledge of local and international corporate governance practices, risk management methodologies, internal audit standards and regulatory developments and expectations is up to date.
• 确保集团能符合香港及国际企业管治守则，风险管理，内部审计标准.
• Draft, update and manage procedure manuals and ensure the processes are in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• 草拟，更新和管理流程手册，并确保流程符合监管准则和内部政策;
• Draft and manage the roll out of Compliance policies, procedures and guidelines and any associated training requirements.
• 草拟和管理集团合规政策，流程和指引以及推出相关培训;
• Monitor the recoverability of account receivable and deposit paid
• 监控应收账款和已付定金之可收回性
• Identify risk areas and perform due diligence and compliance review.
• 识别风险领域并进行尽职调查和合规审查。
• Investigate ad hoc tasks to eliminate fraudulent activities in the group and its subsidiaries.
• 调查特别任务以消除集团及其子公司的欺诈活动。
• Implement financial controls and business processes.
• 实施财务控制和业务流程。
• Formulate and enhance the auditing systems and procedures.
• 制定和加强审计系统和程序。
• Advise department heads on internal control matters.
• 就内部控制事宜向部门主管提供建议。

Requirements 要求：

• Bachelor degree and is a qualified ACCA, CPA, Certified Internal Auditor or equivalent.
• 学士学位，专业会计师 (ACCA，CPA，注册内部审计师或同等学历)

• At least 15 years of or relevant experience with solid knowledge in corporate governance, risk management, compliance, internal audit in manufactory sector, which is preferable.
• 至少15年或相关经验，在公司治理，风险管理，合规，制造业的内部审计方面具有扎实的知识，(视为首选)
• Strong understanding of audit, compliance, with IPO experience is an advantage.
• 对审计、合规有深入了解，有IPO经验者优先
• Able to understand complex end-to-end business processes, identify key risks and issues, and provide practical recommendations.
• 能够理解复杂的端到端业务流程，识别关键风险和问题，并提供实用的建议
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills with high commitment to quality service.
• 丰富领导，分析和解决问题的能力，高度承诺的服务态度
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
• 优良的中英文沟通能力
• Able to travel to China.
• 可以出差国内
