Job Summary
Human Resources Manager, Talent Management is to focus on learning and development facilitating cultural changes in the entire organization.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize improvement plans from a macro perspective, in a time frame projecting into years, on a local extended to regional scale.
- Improve culture and processes in supporting different business units, locations, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Facilitate career development plans for employees in order to be reasonable, competitive, and motivating.
- Evaluate the formulas and organize for the implementation.
- Supervise and control the performance evaluation process of each department so as to continuously improve the performance management system.
- Establish a smooth communication channel within the company, keep abreast of employees' opinions and ideas, and put forward reasonable suggestions to relevant departments.
- Promote the corporate culture and provide a favorable cultural environment to enhance corporate cohesion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, human resources background.
- More than 5 years of experience in human resources, with more than 2 years in talent management.
- Experience in developing concepts and handling facilitation in human resources.
- Experience in global enterprises is highly preferred.
- Experience in human resources in production, manufacturing, and trading industries is preferred.
- Has a systematic understanding of the human resource management model of modern enterprises, have a deep understanding of human resource strategic planning and the work of each module, and have skilled operating skills.
- Strong planning and execution ability.
- Affinity, excellent communication, coordination, team leadership skills.
