Responsibilities

• Identify key trend directions, establish promotion and distribution strategies, and execution plans to achieve KPIs and objectives.
• Formulate, review and manage existing policies, guidelines and procedures to develop a high-quality management team.
• Prepare business plans and ensure execution on target.
• Monitor business plans and budget; effective management of resource utilization/allocation.
• Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain cost effectiveness and identify ways for continuous improvement.
• Build a high-performance culture with competent, flexible and committed workforce.
• Integrate various functions within the manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running of operations.

Requirements

• Degree holder in related management disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years printing factory management experience with working experience in PRC, with production and technical experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
• Good knowledge of computer and IT system applications.
• Self-motivated and aggressive, mature and high responsibilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently.
• Good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
