Group Warehouse Manager

A major textile company specializing in knitting, dyeing, printing, and yarn dyeing. The company operates production bases in China and other SE Asian countries.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing warehouse operations across multiple sites including warehousing, inventory control, stock management and logistics, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory management, storage and distribution processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics to support business objectives.
• Supervise and coach warehouse staff to ensure a productive and motivated workforce.
• Building and mentoring a high-performing team of warehouse staff.
• Ensure effective communication with different external and internal parties.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in textile, apparel or garment manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple locations.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Superior decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
