Job Summary

The E-Commerce Manager will play a pivotal role, overseeing a large team and reporting directly to the Directors. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in fashion eCommerce and proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 40 members across various departments.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the e-commerce platform.
  • Oversee product listings, inventory management, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Supervise live streaming events to boost sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure top-notch customer service and manage customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Visual Manager to maintain high visual standards on the e-commerce platform (dotted-line management).
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and improve customer experience.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with marketing, IT, and logistics teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and campaign execution.
  • Manage the e-commerce budget and optimize spending to achieve the best ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum 5 years of experience in a well-known fashion and footwear company.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar managerial position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Cantonese.
