Job Summary

As one of the key members of the Group HR team, support the Group Director of HR to drive HR initiatives and implement policies to achieve the organization objectives.

Responsibilities

• Perform the HRBP role to provide HR solutions to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in planning, develop and implementation of corporate HR initiatives and programs.
• Conduct HR cost and budget analysis, and prepare relevant reports for management review.
• Review and develop the corporate HR policy, roll out to all hotel properties.
• Participate in any HR ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder of Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of solid HR / C&B experience of which a minimum of 5 years of experience at supervisory level.
• Hotel experience is a must.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and numerical sense.
• High proficient computers skills in MS Office and HRIS Systems.
• Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
