Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives in Greater China.
  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Support and lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations and manage HR-related risks.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR Operations exposure in financial services environment, with a coverage of Mainland China office preferable.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while keeping relevant stakeholders up to date on his/her work.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects/timelines simultaneously.
