Job Summary

  • Responsible for the overall day-to-day HR function and operation for a 460+ room new 5-star hotel to be opened in July in Hong Kong. Immediate priority is working with the Hotel GM to provide HR solutions for pre-opening.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR function which included but not limited to Talent acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Annual Budgeting, Training & Development, Employee Relation, Performance Management and Payroll Administration, etc.
  • Formulate HR policies and guideline in accordance to Group HR direction.
  • Responsible for successful implementation of corporate HR initiatives.
  • Conduct HR cost and budget analysis, and prepare relevant reports for management review.
  • Participate in any HR ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of solid HR / C&B experience of which a minimum of 5 years of experience at supervisory level.
  • With hotel pre-opening experience is a plus, hands-on HR operation experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill both in English and Chinese; cultural awareness.
  • Strong execution, detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical sense.
  • Able to handle stress and multi-tasking.
  • High proficient computers skills in MS Office and HRIS Systems.
