Responsibilities
- Consolidate EHS data and information from the main contractor (e.g., KPIs, photo samples, records, documents, reports) to compile, analyze, and produce a comprehensive weekly report.
- The report should include, but not be limited to:
- Monthly site safety work conducted by Senior Management.
- Weekly site safety work conducted by the Project Manager.
- HRA 3-week lookahead forecast.
- Incident reporting and logs.
- Analysis of irregularities.
- KPI records, including accident statistics.
- Incident investigation report and root cause analysis, if applicable.
- Any other content required by the Employer and the tenant.
- Prepare and deliver online presentations to the Employer and the tenant on construction health, safety, and environmental protection matters on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Possess in-depth knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to safety and environmental aspects in Hong Kong.
- Must be a registered safety officer in Hong Kong with basic environmental training.
- Professional membership such as IOSH or registered safety auditor (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in property development.
- Proficient in using PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin proficiency.
