POSITION                Chief Asset Management Officer

And they will continue to implement the strategy, expanding its property development capacities and empowering various company portfolio businesses.

REPORT TO           2 Co-President - 1 based in Shanghai & 1 based in New York

 

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

-          Based in Shanghai HQ to manage Company overseas properties portfolio

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

-          Lead the overall asset management function from acquisition, construction, marketing, leasing, operation, property management, renovation, improvement to production of financial projection and disposal of assets

-          Responsible for value creation through effective operational excellence

-          Actively work with Investment team post-investment to ensure the best financial and non-financial practices

-          Reviewing budgets and developing business strategic plans to maximize the business growth

-          Oversee the performance of the HQ asset management team which comprises of technical, leasing/operation and portfolio management

-          Monitor overseas asset management function for best practice

 

 


REQUIREMENTS

 

-          Degree or above graduate in finance, architecture, construction or real estate related discipline

-          15 years related working experience in asset management or PE; preferably with 5 year experience in post investment integration, have the ability in managing complex and multiple projects

-          Strong experience in managing offshore portfolio from acquisition to disposal - projects under construction or upgrade properties to create value without comprising quality and compliance

-          Ability to effectively manage third party service providers and monitor; as well as drive operational improvements and performance

-          Demonstrate capability in driving asset enhancement initiatives throughout project lifecycle

-          Proficiency in investment analyses and risk assessments

-          Experience in overseas M&A, hotel investment and other transactions

-          Real estate background with financial asset management experience can be considered

-          Sensitive in cross cultural working relationship

-          Strong financial data analysis

-          Ability to apply sound business judgment and an analytical, pragmatic and creative approach to problem solving

-          Able to work under ambiguous environment, result oriented, self-motivator

-          Ability to plan and prioritize effectively: strong project / process management skills

-          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-          Excellent English is a MUST
