Job Summary
- The role focuses on candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities.
- Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or off-site environment.
Responsibilities
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment.
- Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
- Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profile and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements.
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
- Identify market trends and researching information effectively through various channels.
- Offering resume, interview and general career advice.
- Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 10+ years’ experience in a business environment.
- Able to analyze business information and organize multiple points and large amounts of data into concise targeted information summaries.
- Ability to develop strong relationships to build an industry network.
- Personal and business maturity that leads to confident and rational business decisions.
- Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines.
- Comfortable and competent using technology in a business setting.
- Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and searches would be an advantage.
- Fluent in Chinese and English.
