As we expand our team, we are seeking a seasoned and strategic professional to join us as the Head of Recruitment

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment at outstaff\outsourсe IT companies
• Advanced level of English
• Experience as head of recruitment or in a similar role is highly desirable
• Experience working in recruitment teams of rapidly growing companies
• Excellent understanding of the current state of IT industry
• Have experience building a recruitment system in international markets for a company
• Experienced in building recruiting dashboards and working with them (analysis of bottlenecks, building hypotheses)
• Knowledgeable about modern technologies in recruiting and sourcing

Responsibilities:

• You will develop our recruitment process and flow to maximize efficiency
• You will be hands-on with recruiting; creating job posts, screening, and interviewing candidates
• You will communicate with our clients to understand what they are looking for and bring that knowledge to recruiting
• Eventually, you will build your team of recruiters and manage them
