We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent for our growing company.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment at outstaff\outsourse IT companies
  • Advanced level of English
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools such as (LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job sites, social media, etc.)
  • Experience in creating job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting HR interviews
  • Experience with creating and maintaining talent pools
  • Experience with creating CV candidates for presenting to the client
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • managing the full cycle of recruiting
  • sourcing candidates and initial screening of resumes
  • conducting interviews 
  • maintaining Manatal and providing feedback to candidates 
  • creating CV candidates for presenting to the client
