We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent for our growing company.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment at outstaff\outsourse IT companies
- Advanced level of English
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools such as (LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job sites, social media, etc.)
- Experience in creating job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting HR interviews
- Experience with creating and maintaining talent pools
- Experience with creating CV candidates for presenting to the client
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- managing the full cycle of recruiting
- sourcing candidates and initial screening of resumes
- conducting interviews
- maintaining Manatal and providing feedback to candidates
- creating CV candidates for presenting to the client
