Construction Manager | EU Citizenship | Relocation

Hito Solutions is recruiting a Construction Manager for one of our clients. This is a long-term assignment (minimum duration of 1 year) on a prestigious luxury residential project. 

Role Overview
As Construction Manager, you will act as the Project Managers on-site lead, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of all construction and finishing activities. You will ensure that work carried out by the contractor fully aligns with design intent, technical specifications, HSE standards, and project timelines. Operating across multiple luxury villas and residential buildings, your role is to safeguard quality, monitor progress, and coordinate all site activities on behalf of the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the client-side site team (Civil, Architectural, MEP, Landscape Foremen).

• Conduct daily inspections to verify progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved plans.

• Act as the primary liaison between the client team and the contractors site management.

• Promote and enforce a strong Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) culture.

• Review contractor method statements, work plans, and submittals, with a focus on luxury finishes.

• Manage RFIs and submittals in coordination with the contractor and design consultants.

• Validate completed works and recommend approval of contractors progress payments.

• Identify and resolve construction or finishing issues while upholding the highest quality standards.

• Maintain accurate daily records of activities, progress, and issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

• 10-15 years of on-site experience in high-end residential or luxury hospitality projects.

• Solid background in construction management, representing the project owner or a leading consultancy.

• Knowledge of CSI format and high-end construction methodologies.

• Expertise in premium finishes, materials, and applicable regulations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
