As the Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the hotel's culinary reputation by leading a talented and innovative kitchen team, curating exceptional menus, and delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade, fostering growth and skill development among team members.
  • Design menus that exceed guest expectations while adhering to brand standards.
  • Ensure consistent preparation of high-quality dishes across all hotel food outlets.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and waste management.
  • Manage all kitchen functions, ensuring operational efficiency, quality control, and administrative compliance.
  • Optimize costs without compromising quality, improving gross profit margins and financial performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or high-performing Sous Chef in a luxury or first-class property.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
  • Creativity in crafting innovative and high-quality dishes.
  • Business acumen in managing kitchen operations within a hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaborations.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities with the capacity to multitask.
  • Relevant professional trade qualification.

Preferred:

  • Certification in management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
