Our client provides integrated solutions to address the increasing complexity of supply chains, including software, automation, robotics, and material handling.

They are currently recruiting for the position of: UX/UI Designer.



Requirements:

  • Over 1 year of hands-on experience in UI/UX design or frontend development.
    
  • Bachelors degree in Design, Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
    
  • Proven track record in designing interfaces for B2B applications and/or enterprise software.
    
  • Strong understanding of intuitive and efficient user experiences for professional users in complex business environments.
    
  • Proficient in Figma (or alternatively, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools) for wireframing and prototyping.
    
  • Solid knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
    
  • Familiar with mobile design guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design).
    
  • Experience with accessibility standards (a11y) and inclusive design principles.
    
  • Comfortable working in Agile and Scrum environments with iterative design processes.
    
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
    
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a strong user-centered design mindset.
    
  • Experience in requirements engineering is a plus.
    
  • Willing to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
    
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.


Responsabilidades:

  • Liaison between users, technical teams, management, and stakeholders, applying user-centered design in agile environments.
    
  • Conducting qualitative research: interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and analysis.
    
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts aligned with project goals.
    
  • Designing usable, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile.
    
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure effective implementation.
    
  • Supporting the application of accessibility standards (WCAG) for inclusive design.
    
  • Engaging in collaborative sessions to gather feedback and iterate solutions.
    
  • Contributing to impactful digital services focused on clarity and efficiency.
