Production Manager (M/F)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize production to align with company strategy and quality standards.
• Ensure the availability of necessary materials to fulfill production orders while controlling costs.
• Monitor and oversee equipment maintenance to guarantee proper execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Finance managers to align production with sales volume, deadlines, and company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems for process control.
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, and organization.
