Our client is leading a global digital transformation journey, with Human Resources playing a key role in shaping and supporting this evolution. As part of this transformation, we are looking for an Access and Permissions Manager to take ownership of role-based access control (RBP) and overall security governance within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.

Our client is recruiting for the position of HRIS Access Management & RBP stream lead (M/F).



Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the Role-Based Permissions (RBP) framework in alignment with HR, IT, compliance, and privacy teams;

  • Configure and manage the security model within SuccessFactors, ensuring consistency, scalability, and auditability;

  • Ensure adherence to segregation of duties and least privilege principles;

  • Manage access provisioning, modification, and revocation processes, as well as periodic access reviews;

  • Conduct security testing and validate the correct functioning of permissions across modules;

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on configurations, changes, and security decisions;

  • Support local teams in access definition and contribute to training materials on security and access management.



Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in HRIS Core HR or HRIS project at a global level;
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in configuring and managing RBP within SAP SuccessFactors;
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and access control;
  • Skills in security governance, audit, and compliance;
  • Understanding of data privacy and IT security best practices;
  • Analytical skills, documentation, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Experience in global HRIS projects, preferably in consulting or internal teams;
  • Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP) and operational experience in Core HR are valued.
