Monitoring & Observability Specialist

Our client is an international tech consulting company with +25 years of experience offering solutions to support companies' businesses and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup of Grafana and integration of various datasources.

• Dashboard customization using inputs from Azure Monitor, InfluxDB, SQL, PRTG, APIs, among others.

• Integration of Grafana with other monitoring platforms.

• Dashboard creation and management.

• In-depth log and metric analysis.

• Alert configuration and execution of Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Development of dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Service.

• Data transformation using Power Query.

• Contribution to backlog definition and task prioritization.

• Setting sprint objectives and tracking progress accordingly.

Proactive Initiatives:

• Exploration and deployment of new monitoring and observability tools.

• Collaboration with development and operations teams to ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, and Power BI configuration and usage.

• Strong background in working with monitoring platforms and data analysis.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Ability to interpret technical monitoring data and align it with business metrics.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in Grafana, Dynatrace, or Power BI.

• Exposure to additional observability and monitoring tools.

• Experience in large-scale, complex project environments.
