Responsibilities:
- Ensure Okta is properly configured and running smoothly across the organization.
- Drive the integration of Aquera/Okta into ERP systems within SOX compliance scope.
- Lead design and setup sessions for:
- Okta base configuration, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Active Directory/Universal Directory integration.
- User migration, Lifecycle Management (LCM), and UKG PaaS.
- Office 365, OIG certifications and requests, workflows, and prioritization of SSO applications.
- Oversee Aquera integrations including:
- SOD alerts and monitoring frequency.
- Change tracking, role-based access, and auto-provisioning.
- Privileged access monitoring, alerting, and reviews.
- Facilitate ERP access and Aquera integration workshops to align with business objectives.
- Coordinate testing cycles and feedback processes with Okta and Aquera partners.
- Document project-related procedures, SOPs, recurring operations, and user training guides.
- Build and execute structured IT communication strategies and onboarding programs (both internal teams and end users).
- Deploy Oktas IAM, SSO, and MFA solutions in line with security and compliance requirements.
- Partner with IT, Finance, Accounting, and Compliance teams to implement Separation of Duties (SoD) monitoring and Privileged Access Management (PAM) within ERP environments.
Requirements:
- Proven background in implementing Okta at scale in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Experience integrating ERP systems in SOX-regulated contexts.
- Solid knowledge of Aquera/Okta workflows and integrations.
- Hands-on expertise with Active Directory/Universal Directory, including user migration.
- Familiarity with Lifecycle Management (LCM), Office 365, and OIG certification processes.
- Understanding of SoD alerts, access role management, change tracking, and auto-provisioning.
- Previous experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Strong technical writing ability (SOPs, user manuals, process documentation).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
