Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Participate in and improve installation workflows, including planning, field support, and documentation.
• Follow and adapt standard procedures for commissioning and verification of energy systems.
• Conduct site surveys and support installation processes.
• Prepare and review technical documentation.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers or technicians.
• Delegate tasks, support troubleshooting, and promote good engineering practices within the team.
• Communicate effectively with field teams, internal stakeholders, and occasional clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in electrical or energy systems.
• Experience with electrical panels, hardware integration, and on-site installations.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and IoT architectures (e.g., Modbus, MQTT).
• Understanding of site surveys, commissioning, and standard field procedures.
• Hands-on experience in energy systems, installations, or IoT-based projects (a plus).
• Basic understanding of firmware or embedded systems (a plus, not mandatory).
• Fluent in English.
