We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join an international customer support team in Bucharest.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday | 09:00–18:00

On-site: Monday to Wednesday
Remote/WFH: Thursday and Friday

Weekend or overtime work is rare and comes with an additional premium.

Your Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email and live chat
• Provide professional and solution-oriented customer service
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Work closely with internal teams and escalate complex cases when necessary
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

• German: Advanced/C1–C2, spoken and written
• English: Minimum B2
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Good computer literacy and MS Office knowledge
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and documentation
• Customer-oriented, proactive, patient and empathetic
• Comfortable with cross-selling and upselling
• Full-time availability
• Ability to commute to the District 4 office in Bucharest 3 days per week

Training

1 week of paid training
Monday to Friday | 10:00–17:00
