About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join an international team in Bucharest.

In this role, you will support German-speaking customers, understand their needs, provide effective solutions, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
• Follow quality and customer satisfaction standards
• Collaborate with internal teams when required

Requirements

German: C1–C2 level
English: B2 or higher

• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset
• Good computer literacy and CRM skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
