Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer Lead with hands-on expertise in Java backend development and strong exposure to Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will lead development and testing efforts for enterprise-scale applications and bring deep technical capabilities in building intelligent systems leveraging modern frameworks and AI integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead backend development efforts using Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing services

• Apply design patterns effectively within Spring MVC/Spring Boot frameworks

• Integrate and deploy applications in Cloud environments (preferably AWS)

• Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices for application deployment

• Implement and integrate Generative AI (GenAI) and LLMs into Java-based solutions

• Work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Contextual APIs, and Agentic AI systems

• Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra (preferred)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines

• Ensure code quality with unit testing and, optionally, automation frameworks like Selenium or Appium

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of Java development experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Web Services

• Experience with Generative AI tools, LLMs, and AI integration frameworks

• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or related AI-enabling tools

• Solid experience with containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes)

• Proven experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra

• Proficient in Linux/Unix systems and cloud infrastructure

• Familiarity with automation tools is a plus (Selenium, Appium)

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in Java, Cloud (AWS/GCP), or AI technologies

• Prior experience working in Agile teams

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture
