About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Product Manager for our clients Research and Insights team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of unifying two critical areas: impressions data and audience insights. You will work to intersect these worlds in unique ways, uncovering different overlaps and insights that help clients target highly niche audiences effectively. This role offers the opportunity to take a technically challenging and data-rich project to the next level by developing a new report builder dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy Development: Define a clear product strategy for merging impressions data with audience insights, setting the direction for the products development to meet client needs for targeted analytics.

  • Data Unification and Insight Generation: Lead efforts to merge event-driven datasets, generating actionable insights by revealing overlaps, correlations, and patterns within large-scale data (millions of rows). Drive the development of new features that transform raw data into valuable client insights.

  • Technical Guidance and Data Handling: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the product handles massive datasets effectively and leverages best practices in data engineering and database structure to deliver a scalable solution.

  • User-Centric Development: Translate user requirements into detailed product requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria. Focus on creating a report builder dashboard that provides an interactive and self-service experience for clients.

  • Event Data Focus: Leverage event data to uncover insights and drive the development of new products that meet client needs.

  • Technical Data Management: Handle large datasets (millions of rows), transforming complex information into easily digestible insights through interactive dashboards and visualizations.

  • Report Builder Development: Lead the transition from PowerPoint-based data presentation to an interactive report builder dashboard that allows clients to self-serve and explore data in a compelling, visually interesting way.

  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure that internal and external stakeholders have a clear understanding of product capabilities and data insights.

     

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Product Management, ideally in AdTech, finance or blockchain.

  • Strong understanding of data engineering, database structures, and handling large datasets.

  • Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.

  • Ability to translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights for various

    stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-backed decisions.

  • Ability to think strategically and drive product innovation.

  • Experience with data visualization tools, dashboard creation, or transitioning from static to

    interactive reporting formats.
