About the Position

As an Account Coordinator at our client, you will be integral to the smooth operation of their clients affiliate marketing campaigns. You'll play a key role in supporting both the account management and publisher development teams by facilitating partner outreach, coordinating campaign tasks, and managing crucial data processes.This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the affiliate marketing industry, gaining hands-on experience in campaign coordination, data management, and partner communication.

What You'll Do

  • Application Approvals: Review affiliate applications within various affiliate platforms.
  • Email Management: Monitor affiliate-specific inboxes, respond when within your scope, and escalate as needed.
  • Affiliate Activation: Engage with partners for activation, particularly long-tail partners.
  • Newsletter Coordination: Assist with the creation and distribution of newsletters to partners.
  • Resource Organization: Coordinate adding marketing materials to internal drives and facilitate external sharing.
  • Meeting Support: Take notes during client calls, providing actionable insights and follow-ups.
  • Outreach Support: Assist in drafting outreach email sequences and uploading them to HubSpot.
  • Data Enrichment: Find and enrich contact information for potential partners, validate existing HubSpot data, and update records accordingly.
  • List Building: Build lists of potential partners based on specified criteria, datasets, or using tools like AHREFs and Apollo
  • HubSpot Management: Upload lists, fill out contact forms, merge duplicate records, scrub lists against HubSpot, and manage publisher invitations.
  • Validation: Check that affiliates have gone live, verify content for affiliate links, and ensure partners are properly onboarded.
  • Documentation: Maintain organization within Notion and ensure consistent, up-to-date documentation.

About You

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or account coordination role, ideally within affiliate marketing or digital advertising.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and concise written and verbal communication, with a comfort level in client-facing settings.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Google Workspace, and data management platforms. Familiarity with affiliate platforms is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with team members across different time zones.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently
