About the Position

As a designer on our fast-paced team, youll support our team in crafting a user-friendly interface and experience for a web- based platform designed for usage-based SaaS operators and their customers. Collaborating closely with product management and engineering, youll contribute to delivering a polished, professional, and delightful experience for business users for one of their most operationally critical systems.

Your role will focus on assisting with key product areas, contributing to our design system, and using modern tools like Figma to design and prototype features that improve the user experience. Youll receive guidance and feedback to ensure the product is aligned with our company vision and support our culture of collaboration, authenticity, and excellence as we grow.

What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering, design, and product management to create a category-defining product
• Work independently to shape and design features
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and incorporate feedback well
• Contribute to our design system using the latest Figma features and plugins, including integration with our frontend codebase
• Bring best-in-class product design standards and practices to the team
• Demonstrate familiarity with modern frontend technologies and APIs (i.e. understand the ingredients your team can cook with)

About You

• You have at least 2 years experience delivering fast, stable, and delightful experiences to SaaS customers
• You have prior experience working independently on projects and features
• You have expertise in Figma and a drawer full of "sharp tools" you're adept at using
• You have empathy for your customers, whether they be internal or external
• You believe how you achieve a result is just as important as the result itself
