About the Position
As a Publisher Development Specialist at our client, you will focus on recruiting and onboarding affiliate partners for their global clients. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, optimizing email campaigns, and improving outreach processes, working closely with the team to ensure efficient partner activation.
What You'll Do
- Mass Communication: Develop and optimize outreach strategies to connect with a broad pool of potential partners, using email marketing tools and other communication platforms.
- Data Mining: Research and identify new partners through data analysis and trend observation, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential affiliate partners.
- Recruitment Process Optimization: Assist in creating and refining recruitment workflows, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
- Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data analytics tools to evaluate the performance of outreach campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure alignment with broader recruitment and communication strategies, supporting the effective integration of new partners into our network.
- Documentation: Meticulously document processes, modifications, and new strategies to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.
About You
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, analytics, or partner recruitment role, preferably within affiliate marketing or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data tools to inform decisions and optimize processes.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to develop and refine outreach emails that resonate with potential partners.
- Process-Oriented: Comfortable working within established workflows, with an eye for continuous improvement and the ability to implement process enhancements.
- Multilingual: Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, supporting outreach to a diverse range of partners.
- Remote Work: Comfortable working in a global setting with colleagues in multiple countries.
