  • Team of 58 staff with current vacancies; supported by 2 Managers, Educator, and Administrative Assistant
  • Focus on stabilizing operations, driving performance improvement, and standardizing workflows across units
  • Lead rollout of care progression rounds and support development of centralized discharge planning processes
  • Strong emphasis on visible leadership, staff empowerment, and establishing accountability and boundaries
  • BSN required, Master's preferred
