• Network-level oversight of perioperative services across 20 operating rooms (multi-site environment)
• Reports directly to the System Chief Nursing Officer with high visibility to executive leadership
• Responsible for driving OR performance, throughput, and overall operational efficiency
• Partner closely with surgeons, anesthesia leadership, and nursing to drive alignment and accountability
• Assess current operations and implement strategic, sustainable improvements across the service line
• BSN required, Masters preferred
• New York nursing license not required but must be willing to obtain
