Exceptional opportunity to join a 3 hospital, not-for-profit, charitable, community-based health system in Massachusetts seeking a full-time Director, Medical Oncology. The position oversees 2 cancer centers with a focus on strategy and growth.

Role Highlights

• 2 direct reports. 25 FTEs consisting of social workers and dieticians..
• BSN Required, MSN/Masters degree strongly preferred.
• Active MA RN Licensure required upon hire.
• At least 3-5 years of Leadership or Management level experience required.
• Strong Oncology and Nursing background highly preferred.
