Regional Director, Surgical Services - Upper Midwest

An exciting opportunity awaits a seasoned leader to join a growing health system in the Upper Midwest! As the Surgical Services Regional Director, you'll shape the future of surgical care across multiple facilities, leading strategic growth and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.

Role Highlights:

• Reports to the System VP.
• Overseeing at least 12 sites throughout the upper Midwest.
• Candidates must have vision, strategy and be on the front edge of things.
• Top needs: People management, business planning, and Capital.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
• Masters degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business or other health-related degree is preferred.
• A minimum of five years management experience as a director or higher within surgical services specialty is required.
• Broad experience in administrative management of multiple facilities preferred.
• Lean training and/or process improvement experience/certification desired
